Off Market Multi-Apartment Deal – Wimbledon – London SW19

  • 4 separate deals comprising 16 fully furnished apartments were sourced in off the market in a well-established development in Wimbledon
  • All apartments were furnished for buy-to-let, are tenanted and income producing and have private parking.
  • The property benefits from its excellent location which is close to greenbelts and open spaces yet provides easy access to central London.

Off Market Multi-Apartment Deal – Balham – London SW19

  • 13 three bed apartments were sourced for clients off the market in a well-established block in Balham Park Road close to the Balham tube station.
  • The property was sold 5 years later achieving a total return on equity of 83.5% (16.6% pa)
