- The property benefits from its excellent location which is close to greenbelts and open spaces yet provides easy access to central London.
Off Market Multi-Apartment Deal – Balham – London SW19
- 13 three bed apartments were sourced for clients off the market in a well-established block in Balham Park Road close to the Balham tube station.
- The property was sold 5 years later achieving a total return on equity of 83.5% (16.6% pa)
