Introduction

This case study provides an example of how we have assisted clients with sourcing and acquiring their own residential buy-to-let properties. The apartments in this case study are located in Hornsey, North London.

• An online tracking and management service was set up for the client with monthly management reporting, as well as annual reporting for tax return purposes.
